Basically, your meal plans should contain the number of calories/macronutrients/etc. that you need for the day. That way, you only need to plan and prepare what you need to eat the following day, be patient, remain consistent, and the rest is pure magic!
In this blog, I’m enclosing a few sample meal plans just to give you a rough idea what daily meal plans actually look like when calorie-intake is the focal objective.
And please, for the love of God, when you do start to count calories, make sure you don’t neglect your macronutrient requirements!!
