About the Author

Dr. Jonathan Lee first attended the gym at the age of 16, and has since devoted much of his life to nutrition and medicine. His fascination with the human body led him to study Sports Nutrition and Medical Science at Kings College in 1998. 

After battling with obesity in his twenties, trying out a series of FAD diets, and constantly getting weight-loss plateaus, he was eventually able to apply everything he had learnt over the years to his own weight-management journey, and lost 18% body fat over a 10 month period! 

He has written four books to date relating to health and fitness, and continues to write blogs on a regular basis.
