Description
‘How To Get The Perfect Body’ is a no-BS introduction to the world of diet and fitness. ‘How To Get The Perfect Body’ is extremely easy on the eye, contains a plethora of paragraph breaks, images, before & after pictures, and can be read from front to back in less than an hour. The information and advice are no different from that given to professional fitness models and bodybuilders. By the time you’ve finished reading this book, you will know exactly how to achieve that sexy body you’ve been craving for all this time! There are NO workout routines in this book. I have reserved the workouts for 2 books “The Ultimate Gym Workout,” and “Your Pocketbook Guide to the Ultimate Gym Workout.”

Everything you need to know in 90 pages. Perfect

This is actually a really good book. Was expecting a ‘Men’s Health’ kinda book, but actually it’s pretty accurate, to the point and well written for a book you can apparently ‘finish in an hour.’
charmaine –
i love the pics in this book.
denis hopper –
Simple, to-the-point and 150% effective. What more can a man ask for?!!
Andy Mcnesbitt –
Well written and short, but not detailed enough. I’d still recommend it to people who are serious about losing weight, growing muscle, etc, but would be nice to show some workouts.
shimona –
great book.

I hate fitness books! They’re all so pretentious and boring, with some self-righteous prick sucking himself off. But this book is an exception. I really enjoyed this one. It was entertaining, visually appealing, and no time-wasting. I read it start to finish in 1 hour, and I got more from this book than any of the other 8 books I wasted my money and time on in the past. I strongly recommend this book to everyone. It’s that good!
